About the estate
The Baron Kirmann estate in Rosheim looks back on a family winemaking tradition dating back to 1630. The family farms eleven hectares of vineyards under the AOC Alsace and AOC Crémant d'Alsace denominations, certified for organic agriculture. The vineyards are predominantly situated on slopes, and all harvested grapes originate exclusively from the estate's own production. Harvesting is done manually, followed by gentle pressing and aging in wooden, enameled steel, or stainless steel tanks. The portfolio comprises a diverse range of white, red, and sparkling wines.
