About the estate

The Jeviněvské vinařství estate is located in the Bohemia wine region and cultivates seven hectares of vineyards on one of the oldest wine-growing sites in the country. Wine production in Jeviněves dates back to 1295, and after decades of abandonment, the historic vineyard was completely restored in the early 1990s. The southern slopes are planted with the grape varieties Dornfelder, Svatovavřinecké, Müller Thurgau, Tramín červený, and Rulandské šedé. Vinification is carried out using classical methods with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The limited annual production of bottled wine is sold primarily directly at the estate cellar.
