The family estate Vinařství Žáček located in Kutná Hora was established in 2005 and cultivates a vineyard area of five hectares. The vineyards were expanded over time through manual planting, with the family actively involved in the operations across generations. The range of wine grape varieties includes Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Moravia, among others. The winery focuses on producing modern wines without the addition of foreign and unnatural chemical substances. Products are sold directly through the estate shop in Kutná Hora and seasonally at the vineyard.
