About the estate

The J-F & J Potterat estate is located in Cully in the Swiss canton of Vaud and is shaped by a history anchored in a six-hundred-year-old cellar. Since 1881, the family-run winery has utilized a traditional manual wine press for the gentle processing of the annual harvest. The vineyards are cultivated in the Lavaux region, featuring steep slopes and stone walls, including the Les Courseboux site in Villette. The primary focus lies on traditional Chasselas alongside new grape varieties, which are aged patiently in large wooden barrels. The independent winegrower relies consistently on manual labor and environmentally conscious vineyard management.
