About the estate
The traditional Domaine Bovy estate in Chexbres looks back on a long family history with vineyard origins dating back to 1779. Covering 10.6 hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates parcels across the Saint-Saphorin, Dézaley, Chardonne, and Epesses appellations in the Lavaux wine region. The cultivation focuses primarily on Chasselas, which is complemented by various other white and red grape varieties. The estate relies on environmentally friendly, sustainable farming practices with a high proportion of manual labor in the steep slopes. Today, the winery is managed by the fourth generation of the family.
