The Hummel – Bioweingut Josef Hummel estate is located in Neudegg in the north of the Wagram region and is managed by the family in its fifth generation. The vines thrive in the Wadenthal and Spielberg vineyards, which are characterized by fine gravel, deep loam, loess, and chernozem soils. The region's climatic and geological features provide the foundation for full-bodied, aromatic reserve wines and characterful wines with distinct freshness. With great appreciation for natural resources and winemaking, the estate produces terroir-driven wines that bear the unmistakable signature of the family.
