About the estate

The Viktor Fischer organic winery is located in the Traisental region and is run as a family business by winemaker Viktor Fischer. The estate has been farmed organically since 2009, with a strong focus on manual labor and sustainable soil management. Grüner Veltliner is the primary grape variety, complemented by varieties such as Riesling, Muscat, Zweigelt, and St. Laurent. Alongside classic Traisental DAC wines, the portfolio also features creative specialties and cuvées. The wines are sold directly at the estate and distributed to upscale gastronomy and hospitality.
