As a career changer, Jochen works as the cellar master, while Sophie contributes to the estate's style with her own philosophy and recognition in a Falstaff voting. The portfolio includes Grüner Veltliner with the Traisental DAC denomination, Riesling, and Chardonnay. In addition to winemaking, the family business combines agriculture with a traditional tavern.
