About the estate
The Holzer estate is located in Nußdorf ob der Traisen in the Traisental wine region and is run as a family business in the third generation. The vineyards are situated on limestone conglomerate soils and terraced loess sites, benefiting from a unique microclimate shaped by Pannonian and Atlantic influences. Viticulture is practiced close to nature with respect for the environment to harvest healthy grapes. The cellar combines traditional expertise with modern technology to produce typical regional white wines as well as full-bodied red wines.
