About the estate

The Fiorentini Vini winery cultivates 6.5 hectares of vineyards and 5 hectares of forest in Castrocaro Terme e Terra del Sole in Emilia-Romagna, producing around 18,000 bottles of wine per year. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 250 meters on a ridge featuring soils composed of blue clays. The estate focuses primarily on the cultivation of typical regional grape varieties such as Sangiovese and Albana, alongside the recent addition of Famoso. The wines are distributed via direct sales at the cellar and online. The producer is a supporter of FIVI and approaches winemaking from an artisanal perspective.
