About the estate
The Villa Papiano estate is located in Modigliana on the border between Romagna and Tuscany within a wooded natural landscape of the Apennines. The winery is managed by four siblings who collectively oversee production, management, and commercial relations. Organic farming has been practiced since 2000 and was supplemented by biodynamic methods in 2018. The first harvest took place in 2001, resulting in distinctive wines focused on verticality and longevity. The portfolio includes various designations of origin such as Romagna DOC, Forlì IGP, and Sillaro IGT.
