Famille Carriere-Pradal

About the estate

The Famille Carriere-Pradal estate manages 55 hectares of vineyards within the AOC Languedoc denomination and is currently run by the seventh generation, Baptiste and Claire Carriere-Pradal. The property’s history dates back to 1800, shaped by a long-standing agro-environmental approach and a transition to organic farming. The vineyard cultivates 26 different grape varieties, including autochthonous cultivars such as Grenache Blanc, Picpoule Noir, and Morastel, which are crafted using vinification methods like carbonic maceration. The agricultural activities are further complemented by diversification projects involving olive groves, pomegranates, and beekeeping.
