About the estate

The Eichinger estate was founded in 1992 by Birgit Eichinger in Straß im Straßertale in the Kamptal region and is managed today together with her daughter Gloria. Across a vineyard area of 16 hectares, they cultivate premier sites such as Gaisberg, Heiligenstein, Lamm and Grub, where grape varieties including Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Roter Veltliner and Chardonnay thrive. Vineyard management focuses on careful soil cultivation, cover crop planting and selective manual harvesting, while cellar operations are conducted in a minimal-intervention style. The wines are certified as sustainably produced under the Nachhaltig Austria scheme and reflect their origin with precision, elegance and depth.

The eno directory lists 11 wines, mostly from Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
