The Domaine Jos. Straub estate looks back on a long history, with the Straub family having worked as winemakers and coopers since the 16th century. Located in Blienschwiller in the Alsace wine region, the property is run across generations by Jean-François, Marie-Anne, and Jean-Sébastien Straub. The vineyard is cultivated using reasoned viticulture practices, involving careful soil management and observation of the plants. In the year 2000, the cellar facilities were expanded to vinify each parcel separately and allow every terroir to express itself fully. The portfolio includes wines under the AOC Alsace denomination alongside products such as the Crémant de la Tour.
