Due del Monte

About the estate

The Due del Monte estate was founded in 2018 by two friends and is situated on the slopes of Monte Quarin in the heart of the Collio region. The winery manages 10.5 hectares of vineyards planted with grape varieties such as Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia, Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. Cultivation follows sustainable and environmentally respectful methods that exclude the use of artificial chemical fertilizers, fungicides, or herbicides. The white wines are traditionally vinified and aged in barriques, whereas the red production focuses primarily on Merlot. All wines fall under the Collio DOC denomination.
