The Dr. Pauly-Bergweiler estate cultivates vineyards along the Mosel featuring steep slopes and slate soils, which are managed with extensive care and low yields. A strict, selective hand harvest forms the basis for quality-oriented cellar work, where the wines are gently vinified in small stainless steel tanks. The portfolio focuses largely on Riesling and encompasses various styles ranging from table wines to Kabinett wines and sweet specialty wines. The winery owns parcels in renowned sites such as Bernkasteler Schloßberg, Alte Badstube am Doctorberg, Bernkasteler Badstube, Graacher Domprobst, Graacher Himmelreich, and Wehlener Sonnenuhr.
