About the estate

The Domaine les Chancel estate in Mormoiron in the Rhône Valley manages a continuous area of 30 hectares, of which nine hectares are dedicated to organic viticulture in the heart of the AOP Ventoux. Situated at an altitude of 350 meters, the vineyards feature sandy soils for white wines and wooded terraces for red wines. The estate practices hand harvesting, avoids pesticides, and cultivates both traditional and forgotten or alternative grape varieties. Vinification is carried out plot by plot using spontaneous natural yeasts, gentle infusion, and minimal sulfur additions. The portfolio comprises organic white and red wines under designations such as AOC Ventoux and Vaucluse IGP.
