Chateau Pesquié

About the estate

The Chateau Pesquié estate is situated at the foot of Mount Ventoux in the southern Rhône Valley appellation and has been owned by the Chaudière family for three generations. At an altitude between 250 and 400 meters, the vines grow on predominantly limestone soils with a great diversity of clays, marls, and sands. Cultivated grape varieties include Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Roussanne, and Viognier, among others. The property operates entirely according to the principles of organic farming and biodynamics. Management aims to express the freshness and elegance of the alpine and Mediterranean microclimate of Ventoux in the wines.
