About the estate
The Domaine Stentz-Buecher estate in Wettolsheim is the result of the union of two winemaking families and was established in its current form in 1975 by Jean-Jacques and Simone Stentz. The business is run as a family operation, with their children Stéphane and Céline joining the estate in later decades. The estate currently comprises twelve hectares of vineyards, which are cultivated according to organic farming standards. For winemaking, the winery relies on natural methods, minimal intervention, and the production of wines with high purity. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Alsace and AOC Alsace Grand Cru appellations.
