About the estate

The family-run Domaine Sarrat d'en Sol estate is located in Languedoc in the municipality of Tuchan at the foot of Mount Tauch. The property originated around a historical sheepfold and has been cultivated for several generations. The vineyards are situated in the AOC Fitou and AOC Corbières appellations on soils consisting of schist, clay, and limestone. The traditional grape variety portfolio includes Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah. Farming is carried out manually and with respect for the environment, with a strong focus on old and centenarian vines.
