Domaine Rousselin

About the estate

The Domaine Rousselin estate is located in Lesquerde in the Pyrénées-Orientales region and is run by a couple as a certified organic winery. The isolated vineyard parcels are situated in small plots surrounded by garrigue, holm oak forests, and granite boulders. The grape varieties cultivated on the estate include Grenache Noir, Carignan Noir, Lladonner Pelut, Mourvèdre, Muscat d’Alexandrie, Muscat à petits grains, Macabeu, and Syrah. Management relies strictly on organic practices without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers to promote biodiversity and maintain living soils. The wines are produced naturally with minimal or no added sulfur during vinification.
