About the estate
The Domaine Rominger Eric estate is located in Westhalten, Alsace, at the foot of the Grand Cru Zinnkoepflé in the heart of the Vallée Noble. The winery cultivates its plots and vinifies its productions individually to express the originality of each climate. Farming is conducted organically and biodynamically in strict respect of natural balances. Vineyard work and plant care are carried out mostly by hand. In the cellar, the juice ferments with native yeasts and is subsequently aged on the fine lees.
