About the estate

The Domaine Philippe Vandelle estate has a history dating back to 1883 and is managed by the family in the sixth generation. The estate covers 16 hectares of vineyards cultivated under sustainable farming methods. The main production focuses on white wines from L'Etoile, complemented by Crémant du Jura, Côtes du Jura red wines, Vin Jaune, Macvin, and Vin de Paille. All five traditional grape varieties of the region are represented, including Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau, Pinot Noir, and Poulsard. The vineyards are situated on white marl soils on the Mont Morin hill, which shapes the character of the wines from the Jura region.
