Domaine Parpalhol

About the estate

The Domaine Parpalhol estate spans 30 hectares of vineyards in the foothills of Corneilhan within the Languedoc region. Founded in 2006 through a partnership of two friends, Julien took over the family operations with a strong commitment to organic farming, achieving Ecocert certification. The vineyard cultivates grape varieties including Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Marsanne, Viognier, Sauvignon, and Colombard. Harvesting is conducted manually during the early morning hours to preserve the optimal freshness of the fruit. Guided by consulting oenologist Sophie Brun, the estate produces authentic terroir wines that reflect the character of the region.
