About the estate

Situated in the Côtes du Rhône appellation, the Domaine Nicolas Croze estate has been farmed in a traditional manner for four generations. The winery spans clay-limestone soils and heavily stony parcels across Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche, Aiguèze, Saint-Just, and Saint-Marcel-d'Ardèche. The domain applies sustainable farming methods and relies on manual harvesting to ensure selective grape sorting. Traditional vinification techniques such as whole-bunch fermentation and pigeage are utilized in the cellar. The portfolio features red wines produced from Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Carignan alongside white wines based on Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Marsanne.
