About the estate
The Chateau Beauchêne estate is managed by the Bernard family, whose ancestors have been present in Orange since the 17th century and acquired their first vineyards in 1794. Today, the tenth generation runs the property, producing wines under the AOP Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes-du-Rhône appellations. The vineyard is certified with High Environmental Value and applies sustainable practices such as permanent grass cover and the absence of irrigation. Operations cover all stages of production from vine pruning to the aging of wines in barrels within the estate's cellar.
