About the estate
The Domaine Maire & Fils estate has been built up patiently over several generations and now covers approximately 240 hectares of vineyards. The winery focuses on the key appellations of Château-Chalon, l’Étoile, and Arbois, producing wines from all local grape varieties. The vineyard management is based on respect for nature and the soils across diverse terroirs. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels, depending on the cuvée, incorporating traditional aging methods such as maturation under a veil of yeast.
