The Domaine le Novi estate is located in La Tour d'Aigues in the Luberon and is managed in the fifth generation. The property spans 28 hectares of vineyards, woods, and olive trees featuring sandy soils and soft sandstone across numerous parcels. The winery cultivates 15 different grape varieties, placing a strong emphasis on white and late-ripening grapes. Farming is conducted organically with a holistic approach dedicated to preserving the surrounding ecosystem. The estate is particularly recognized for producing a high proportion of white wines with a distinct profile.
