About the estate

The Domaine le Mirabeau estate manages five hectares of vineyards spread across four south-facing parcels in the Vinsobres region. Philippe and Sébastien cultivate the old, low-yield vines using organic methods, including manual harvesting and sorting. Composed of seventy percent Grenache and thirty percent Syrah, the red wines undergo initial aging in vats before being refined in historical cellars dating from the fifteenth and eighteenth centuries located in Mirabel aux Baronnies. The limited annual production amounts to approximately ten thousand bottles.
