About the estate

The Domaine Laurent Cassignol estate is located in Villeneuve-les-Corbières in the Aude department and looks back on a family tradition dating back to the 18th century. Since taking over in 2018, Laurent Cassignol has converted the entire estate to organic farming alongside a progressive shift toward biodynamic practices. Situated in the Hautes Corbières, the family vineyard benefits from an exceptional terroir, abundant sunshine, and an ideal altitude. The portfolio comprises red, white, and rosé wines produced through manual harvesting and new cellar ageing methods.
