About the estate
The Domaine la Reserve d'O estate was founded in 2004 and cultivates twelve hectares of vineyards in the AOC Terrasses du Larzac. The vineyards are situated on the Causse d'Arboras at altitudes between 300 and 400 meters, featuring red grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache Noir, and Cinsault alongside white varieties including Chenin, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, and Albariño. The winery operates biodynamically and is certified by Biodyvin. Production methods include manual harvesting, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aging in concrete tanks, amphorae, and wooden barrels.
