The Domaine Jaça estate is nestled in unspoiled nature between Oms and Céret at an altitude of 370 to 410 meters. The four hectares of vineyards feature sandy-clay soils resting on sandstone and schist. The grape varieties cultivated include Syrah, Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, and Carignan in accordance with organic farming principles. Vineyard management focuses on environmental respect, complemented by meticulous hand harvesting of the grapes. A Mediterranean climate under the influence of the Canigou massif shapes the character of the wines.
