About the estate
The Domaine Griss estate is managed by Josiane Griss and her niece Marion Strosser in Ammerschwihr in Alsace. In 2004, Josiane Griss took over the family farm to dedicate herself to viticulture, and Marion Strosser joined the winery in 2017. The estate cultivates a vineyard area of 8.5 hectares featuring a wide diversity of soils across the territory of Ammerschwihr. Since 2020, all wines produced by the estate are certified organic. Vineyard management prioritizes manual work and harvesting by hand, while cellar practices involve aging in old oak foudres and stainless steel vats.
