The Domaine Gautheron Alain et Cyril estate is located in Fleys within the Burgundy wine region and is managed by multiple generations of the family since its founding in 1977. Today, the winery spans thirty hectares of vineyards across the Chablis region and produces around 350,000 bottles annually. The wines thrive on the area's characteristic limestone and Kimmeridgian soils, covering various appellations including Petit Chablis, Chablis, and several Premier Cru and Grand Cru sites. Farming follows certified Haute Valeur Environnementale standards, incorporating practices such as eliminating weedkillers and reducing phytosanitary treatments. While harvest is largely mechanical, the old vines and Premier Cru wines are still picked manually.
