About the estate
The Domaine de l'Enclos estate cultivates 36 hectares of vines under organic farming with Ecocert certification across the four Chablis appellations as well as in northern Burgundy since 2023. The property is managed by two brothers, Romain and Damien, alongside their team. Vineyard management relies on manual labor and natural methods, including organic fertilizers and exclusively natural protective treatments. Vinification takes place in a gravity-fed cellar built in 2016 equipped with stainless steel tanks as well as in the historic vaulted cellar. The wines are produced without additives using indigenous yeasts, and the estate distributes its wines both nationally and internationally through various partners.
The eno directory lists 13 wines. The estate sells to distributors, horeca and retail.
