About the estate

Located in Sigolsheim in Alsace, the Domaine Fabien Stirn estate looks back on a long family tradition as winemakers with roots dating back to 1450. In 1999, Odile and Fabien Stirn, both trained oenologists, took over the family business from his father and revived estate-bottling and vinification after decades of supplying grapes to the cooperative. The winery works with vineyards classified under various designations, including AOC Alsace and AOC Alsace Grand Cru. Their approach emphasizes respect for the terroirs and a harmonious symbiosis with the rhythms of nature.
