About the estate

Located in Rosenwiller at the foot of the Vosges mountains in Alsace, the Domaine Einhart estate has a history dating back to the 1820s and has been passed down through generations. Today, Nicolas and Théo Einhart cultivate the vines using organic and biodynamic principles with a strong focus on natural balance and observation. The vineyards extend across roughly sixty parcels featuring limestone and sandstone soils situated between Rosenwiller, Rosheim, and Dorlisheim. The wine portfolio comprises four distinct families that showcase the freshness, depth, and mineral energy of the local terroir.
