The Domaine du Vieux Pressoir-Schlosser estate farms ten hectares of vineyards in Andlau, Alsace, where winemaking expertise has been passed down from father to son for centuries. Today, Marcel and Matthieu Schlosser manage the winery and cultivate all seven traditional Alsatian grape varieties. In the vineyards, the family relies on sustainable farming methods with targeted cover crops and careful soil management. Vinification takes place in a cellar combining modern and traditional equipment, emphasizing gentle whole-bunch pressing via gravity and controlled fermentation. The portfolio features regional appellation still wines as well as Crémant d'Alsace.
