Domaine du Grand Comte

About the estate

The Domaine du Grand Comte estate is located in Roquelaure and covers a vineyard area of 15 hectares. The Baylac family arrived at the property in 1860 and has run it across generations, with Michel Baylac currently perpetuating the tradition alongside his daughter Aurélie. The vineyards are planted on gently sloping hills with clay-limestone soils and boulbènes, which characterize the terroir of Haut Armagnac. The vines are cultivated using sustainable farming methods that respect the environment. The portfolio of the estate includes wines as well as Armagnac.
