About the estate
The Domaine Dock Paul et Fils estate is located in Heiligenstein in the Alsace region, at the foot of Mont Saint-Odile. The family has been settled in Heiligenstein since 1730, with Robert Dock starting viticulture after the war and Paul Dock expanding the winery in 1972. Today, the family farms 8.5 hectares of vineyards entirely within the municipality, with a strong focus on the renowned Klevener de Heiligenstein specialty. The grapes are harvested by hand using environmentally friendly methods, pneumatically pressed, and the wines are aged predominantly in oak barrels.
