About the estate
The Dopff au Moulin estate in Riquewihr looks back on a long winemaking history documented since 1574. Today, the winery is managed as a family business in the thirteenth generation and covers a vineyard area of 70 hectares. The vineyards are distributed across various sites in the heart of the Alsace Grand Cru appellation as well as areas dedicated to Crémant d'Alsace. The produced portfolio includes wines from the AOC Alsace, AOC Alsace Grand Cru, and AOC Crémant d'Alsace denominations. The local team independently handles all steps from vine cultivation to bottling.
