About the estate

The Domaine des Gravennes estate is located in Suze la Rousse in the Rhône Valley and is run by the fourth generation as a family business. The history of viticulture on the property dates back to the early 20th century, while the current estate was established in 1996. Typical grape varieties such as Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier, Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre are cultivated on sandy soils as well as alluvial and stony parcels. The vineyard operates according to organic farming guidelines, focusing on biodynamic principles and the preservation of the surrounding biodiversity. In the cellar, vinification is carried out with a focus on plot-selected harvesting and the preferential use of indigenous yeasts.
