Domaine de Pierre Blanche

About the estate

The Domaine de Pierre Blanche estate is situated in the heart of the Minervois appellation at the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne. The property was established in 1989 by Véronique and Michel Soulié and has been run by the family since 2018. The vineyards cover ten hectares on eroded sandstone soils planted with grape varieties such as Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault. The vineyard is currently converting to organic farming, and all grapes are harvested manually. Inside the nineteenth-century cellar, the wines are vinified with strict temperature control and low sulfite levels before being bottled directly at the estate.
