About the estate
The Domaine de Montfleury estate is a family-run winery founded in 2006 in the Geneva region with 0.6 hectares of vineyards under the AOC Genève denomination. The estate relies on traditional manual labor for vineyard tasks such as pruning, leaf removal, and hand harvesting into small crates. Since 2017, the parcels planted with Riesling-Sylvaner, Merlot, Carminoir, and Syrah have been cultivated without the use of chemical products. Furthermore, the estate is in transition towards organic farming and carries out vinification without automated systems alongside gravity-fed bottling.
