About the estate

The Domaine de la Paleine estate began its conversion to organic farming in 2010, achieved certification in 2013, and transitioned to biodynamics in 2017. The vineyards feature cover crops between the rows and mechanical soil management under the vines, with pruning conducted using the Guyot Poussard method. To ensure high quality, the harvest is performed entirely by hand with rigorous sorting directly in the plot. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Anjou, AOC Cabernet d'Anjou, AOC Coteaux de Saumur, AOC Crémant de Loire, AOC Saumur, and AOC Saumur Champigny appellations.
