About the estate
The Domaine des Galloires estate has been farmed by the Toublanc family for seven generations and is located on the borders of Anjou and at the gateway to Brittany. The vineyard covers 45 hectares, planted mainly with Gamay, Melon, Malvoisie, Cabernet Franc, and Chenin blanc. Soils of micaschist and gneiss provide good drainage and optimal conditions for producing concentrated wines. The portfolio covers a wide variety, ranging from Crémant de Loire to Anjou, Malvoisie, and Muscadet. In addition to winemaking, the estate also raises Rouge-des-Prés cattle.
