About the estate
Founded in 1950, the family-run Domaine du Haut-Puiset estate is located in Mauges-sur-Loire in the Anjou region and spans 25 hectares of vineyards. The plots are distributed across schist and clay soils in Le Mesnil-en-Vallée as well as stony soils featuring the local pudding stone in Ingrandes-sur-Loire. The portfolio includes Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Anjou Rouge, and Crémant de Loire, among other styles. The vineyards are cultivated using environmentally responsible methods influenced by the temperate climate of the Loire Valley. In the modern cellar, pneumatic presses and temperature-controlled vats are utilized for gentle vinification.
