Domaine d'Embidoure

About the estate

The Domaine d'Embidoure estate has been run as an independent family business in Réjaumont in the Gers region since 1955 and is now managed by the third generation. The winery farms a vineyard area of 40 hectares on clay-limestone soils within an oceanic climate. The focus is on red grape varieties, which account for seventy percent of the vineyard and include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Égiodola, Gamay, Cot, Marselan, and Syrah. Additionally, white varieties such as Colombard, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Gros Manseng, and Petit Manseng are cultivated.
