About the estate
The Domaine Ciry Cattaneo estate was founded in 2015 by David Ciry and Marion Cattaneo in Laure Minervois within the Languedoc region. This small organic winery manages vineyards across distinct terroirs, ranging from limestone-clay soils in the villages of Siran and La Livinière to sandstone soils in Laure Minervois. The grape variety portfolio includes Grenache noir, Syrah, Carignan, Malbec, Tempranillo, Roussanne, and Grenache Gris. All vineyard management and cellar work are carried out by hand using artisanal methods. Vinification is conducted on a plot-by-plot basis in small stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in either stainless steel or barrels.
