About the estate

The Domaine Christophe Mittnacht estate has been producing expressive wines in Hunawihr, Alsace, since 1963, managing eleven hectares of vineyards across the region's top terroirs. Today, the family runs the winery in the third generation and has farmed organically and biodynamically for over twenty years. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Alsace, AOC Alsace Grand Cru, and AOC Crémant d'Alsace appellations. The vineyards are cultivated without chemical herbicides, fertilizers, or insecticides to preserve biodiversity and highlight the unique characteristics of the local soils. The production ranges from dry white wines and rich grand cru bottlings to traditional sparkling wines.
